In the rare case that the wrong part has been shipped:

Return new/unused items to BikerzBits within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund.

Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box; Do Not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

To report a product defect or if the wrong item was received please contact Customer Support.
